Return & Refund Policy

  • Product once sold cannot be refunded, In the event you receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you are required to get in touch with our customer service team.
  • Upon receiving your complaint, our team shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint. Post verification if the complaint is genuine, we will issue a replacement or a refund in case of replacement is not available after product is shipped back to us. We will reimburse for the courier cost or arrange for a pickup wherever available.
  • In the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Food Mynk reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Food Mynk in this regard.
  • Once the refund is processed you will receive it in original payment method of the corresponding order with 3-5 Working Days.
  • Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered, We requests you to refuse to accept delivery and inform our customer support team at the earliest.
